Savage Dance Company opened its doors to the public in 2002 to provide a venue for professional dance and performing arts training in the Mid-Maryland area. From the onset, our objective at Savage Dance has been to instill a love and passion for dance and the performing arts by providing students of all ages and abilities with the opportunity to be educated with the latest professional dance and performing arts training in a safe and encouraging environment led by professional faculty and master instruction. Over the past six years, the studio has experienced tremendous professional growth as it now acts as the premier source of dance and performing arts education for well over 400 students in the Mid-Maryland region who come from 8 different counties in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C. and Delaware. Savage Dance has built itself on its reputation in the local community and the national dance circuit. With dancers performing on Broadway and National Broadway tours, as well as receiving scholarships to distinguished colleges such as Point Park and University of the Arts in Philadelphia, we continue to pride ourselves on the education each dancer receives.
